Use this one 3 oz. bag along with your 25 lb. batch of sausage. (Add to your sausage after grinding). Will last 1 to 2 years stored in a cool, dry place.  No additives or preservatives.  Gluten free.

Be VERY careful while handling the Dried Jalapeno Dices.  We recommend wearing rubber gloves.  Also use in a well ventilated area.  Wash hands thoroughly after use. Try not to inhale the dust - it will cause extreme coughing and sneezing if inhaled!!
